Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team at to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. - Pack the Item:
Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Include the original receipt and RMA number in the package. - Ship the Item:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
