Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    Contact our customer service team at to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the Item:
    Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Include the original receipt and RMA number in the package.
  3. Ship the Item:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
